Roch heads up the Deals Advisory practice in Grant Thornton Singapore and has more than 25 years of experience in providing management, financial advisory and human resource consulting services to global and local corporations, as well as private equity houses.
On financial advisory, Roch has led teams that worked on global and domestic M&A transactions. He was the overall project manager for global and regional cross-functional teams on several occasions. In his current role, Roch is also deeply involved in deal originations and supports both buy- and sell-sides in their M&A journeys.
Roch was previously a senior M&A HR consultant with a global HR consulting firm where he was project lead for organization and people-related projects across South-East Asia. He consulted for senior leaders on their organization transformations, organization culture re-alignments, people-related considerations in their acquisitions and divestitures, as well as their post-merger integration strategy development, planning and execution. He was involved in several global and regional projects where he was in-charge of the PMO (Project-Management Office), working closely with the clients’ steering and working committees on those projects.
